tintlo is a desktop app for Mac and Windows for the moment you don't understand something on your screen. Press the shortcut, drag a box around it — a chart, an equation, a spreadsheet formula, an error message — and tintlo draws directly on your screen, circling and underlining what matters while it explains it in plain language. Every explanation is saved to a searchable Notebook. Only the region you select is processed and sent for AI understanding.

A few simple rules.
Do
- Write tintlo in lowercase, always, including at the start of a sentence.
- Use the ember wordmark on dark backgrounds and the black one on light.
- Leave clear space around the logo at least the height of the “t”.
- Describe privacy as: only the region you select is processed and sent for AI understanding.
Don't
- Don't write Tintlo or TINTLO.
- Don't recolour, stretch, outline or add a glow to the wordmark.
- Don't put the ember wordmark on orange or busy photos; use white.
- Don't describe tintlo as recording or watching your screen. It sees only the box you select, when you ask.
